Please note that the pictures illustrating the products are not a legally binding document. Some differences in shade
and minor details between the pictures and the real product might occur as the products are individually handcrafted
and decorated. All articles are decorated single sidedly, leaving the unseen back plain.
The products sold by Paperhen are fit for purpose. They are not intended for use as toys or play equipment.
Orders :
The order can only be registered if the user has clearly identified himself/herself by entering his/her e-mail and
personal address. Once the user has ordered an item, s/he accepts the price and the description of the product
available.
Delivery :
The articles will be delivered as quickly as possible using the Post Office. The making of a product can take
between 2 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the model and the finish required.
The cost of the delivery and packaging of £15 will be paid by the buyer.
The order will be processed once the client has confirmed and the payment has be received by Paperhen.
The delivery time will be applicable once the payment has been confirmed.
Returns :
Paperhen will accept returns within 7 days, provided the articles are not in any way damaged. They must be
returned in their original packaging. Return costs will be at the clients' charge.
The reimbursement will take place once the article has been safely returned.
In the event that an article is damaged during transit, Paperhen will replace the article upon receipt of the damaged
article in its original packaging. The cost of the return delivery will be
at the charge of Paperhen.
Intellectual property :
All written documents, designs and photographs on the Paperhen.com website, instructions, press articles or
advertising printouts are protected by intellectual property rights and any copies of the above mentioned are strictly
prohibited.
